Wearing protective gear, your Technician will inspect your property carefully and identify the location of the nest. Your Technician will give you very specific instructions to stay indoors while the nest is removed for your own safety and the safety of your family and pets.

The Technician will then closely examine the flight paths of the bees to minimize the agitation of the colony. When possible, your Technician will use an extension pole to treat the nests from a safe distance.

Depending on where the nest is located (a roof, wall void, attic, etc.) and the species of bee, your Technician will utilize a aerosol, dust or liquid treatment on the nest.

  • If you come in close proximity to a bee or bees, do NOT attempt to swat or hit bees as this will make bees more aggressive.

  • Don’t make sudden movements when you encounter a bee as this can provoke stinging. Stay very still or move slowly away from the bees.

  • Cover all food containers and beverage bottles or cans when not in use.

  • If you see a bee nest on your property, stay away from the nest and call a pest professional to remove it. Do NOT try to remove the nest yourself as this can be extremely dangerous.
